Our AGM took place on 25th February 2026. The meeting was well attended and quorate. Thank you to everyone who attended.
We were pleased to announce the results of the recent election and welcome Nigel Cooper to the board as the newest director.
Other highlights from the meeting included a quick overview of accounts, preparations for the legal case and the creditors committee.
