The Directors of the Coop are volunteers and do not receive any payment for their services. The Board needs to have a minimum of three Directors in order to operate.

He has served on numerous boards as a governor or trustee and acts as a volunteer management consultant to small- and medium-sized charities. Sam is a member of the Derril Water Coop as well as Coop 4. |
![]() Klaus Dudas Secretary & Deputy Chair Term until next AGM | Klaus is a senior software architect working for a mutual in the telecoms industry. He has a strong interest in renewable energy and enjoys applying his technical expertise to support sustainable initiatives. He has also been a company secretary and a general election agent. Klaus is a member of all four Ripple Coops. |

![]() Sheena Tay-Schyma Term until next AGM | Sheena is a Responsible-Sustainable Investment Specialist at a fixed income asset manager. She holds a CFA certificate in ESG Investing and a Masters in Sustainability Leadership from Cambridge. She previously advised on capital markets taxation at another asset manager. Prior to that, she was a tax advisor to alternative asset managers and funds at a Big 4 firm where she trained as a chartered accountant. Sheena is a member of Coop 4. |

She is currently the Chair of Restart Lives, a London homelessness charity and is involved in or supports several other charities. She is also a business coach. Her husband is a member of Derril Water Coop and Coop 4. |

He specialises in insolvency, fraud and asset tracing matters and during his career of some 20 years, he has worked on and led some of the most significant and valuable global insolvency matters. |
